Computer systems, networks and telecommunications administrator

Position based in Casablanca with the first 6 months in Rabat.

You will bring your expertise to:

• Administration of all systems.
• Technical support.
• Advisory services to management on relevant technological choices for our organization.

Additionally, you will also:

• Draft and maintain technical documentation related to infrastructure and application administration tools.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the company's business practices.
• Take part in on-call rotation (Pager).
• Assist in designing or analyzing new modules or features in the application.

Required Knowledge:

• Network infrastructure (IP, DNS, routing, firewall).
• Microsoft network management (Active Directory, file sharing, WMI).
• SQL Server (Installation, configuration, programming, OLEDB & ODBC).
• IIS server management (AppPool, features).
• Troubleshooting and debugging tools (EventViewer, Wireshark, Fiddler, Log).

Preferred Knowledge:

• ITIL & Agile methodologies.
• Email technologies (SMTP, POP3, DNS, routing and delivery, SPF, anti-spam).
• Security concepts (Authentication factors, SSL certificate, Double-Hop).
• General knowledge of various enterprise systems (Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SCCM, Novell eDirectory, IBM Lotus Notes).
• Experience with programming tools and languages.
• Knowledge of Cloud hosting ecosystems (VMWare, Azure, Amazon).
