Karl,

As one of MTDS' very first customers back in '95, Lou and I would like to
thank you for all your help to us over the years. Your patience and
expertise was a blessing. Even when I occasionally became out of sorts
with MTDS, you just thanked me for the valuable customer feedback and
asked for more of it if the problem did not get resolved. You expertly
turned me into an ally instead of being a complainer.

We wish all the folks at MTDS the very best, including Heidi if she is still
involved. Merry Christmas, Ramadan Kareem and God's richest blessings
in the New Millennium.

Subject: a word of appreciation to one of your demons

Karl:
On Saturday (today for me), I had a hell of a time getting connected.  I
called mtds and as my luck had it, I got Simo(two).  I explained the
problem and although he was about to leave , he kindly agreed to wait
for me until I could bring my computer for him to check out and fix the
problem.  He found something wrong with the configuration  (guess who
last fooled with it))) and fixed it nicely.  He has my full appreciation
but I thougth he also deserves a word of recognition from you for his
wonderful client-orientation and his help to me.  Voila
